5.8.25 💚 We woke up on a cloudy morning and drove to the courthouse in San Diego and we got married on what would be just shy of two months after we met. It didn’t feel crazy. It felt like we knew and didn’t want to waste anymore time. Hard to believe it has already been a year, but what’s a year out of forever. Happy anniversary, my love. ✨

It’s Jess here 👋 the face behind the bar and hundreds of events since I started Spritzy in 2020. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this business because I love it so much, but it’s time to start a new chapter. I will be permanently closing my books and stepping away from mobile bartending. It’s been such a wild ride and I’m thankful for it all.

Through the hard work, the tears, and the days of absolute chaos, what always carried me through was seeing the happiness on my clients’ faces on their special day. To each and every client, past and present—thank you, truly.

And to my bartenders that have been here since day one, you guys have saved me so many times. I would’ve never been able to do it without you guys. I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work and taking a chance on me. 🙏🏼

As this chapter has come to a close, I will be starting a new one. I’ll be transitioning this page to all things bartending, while sharing more of me and my behind-the-scenes process. Teaching is something I truly love, and I hope you’ll continue to follow along.

I see many new faces on here and would like to formally introduce myself and express my appreciation and gratitude for anyone who has ever booked with me.

My name is Jess and I created Spritzy 4 years ago with one purpose in mind - to bring you innovative & refreshingly delicious cocktails. This journey has been all about learning and unlearning. It’s challenged me in so many ways and brought out a new kind of work ethic in me that I never knew was possible.

While there’s a huge part of the process you don’t see, I hope to always be transparent and honest about where I’m at. I’ve made many changes to this business. And constantly look for ways to improve. Time and past mistakes have taught me to never stop looking for ways to grow in this business. And there’s been no ending point to that journey because progress should be a constant goal we strive for.

The first few years of business was very much focused on volume. And I’ve changed that this year to focus on quality rather than volume. I would much rather have one successful event than three chaotic ones. So yes, my pricing has changed and I have booked far less than I typically have done this year. This is to focus on providing the best service possible and giving each event my upmost attention rather than trying to divide it five separate ways. Nothing upsets me more than feeling like I didn’t give 110% for each and every event. So here we are now!

That being said, I hope you’ll still continue this journey with me. There’s so much more to come 🥂 and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all of your support 🫶🏼
