Today is World Restart a Heart Day ❤️

If a teen or adult collapses and isn't responding or breathing normally:

1️⃣ Recognition and 911 activation
2️⃣ 150 consecutive compressions, then keep going until help arrives
3️⃣ AED if there are multiple rescuers

That's Hands-Only CPR. Started right away, CPR can double or triple someone's chance of survival.

Hi, I'm Lisya! 👋

I'm an American Heart Association and American Red Cross instructor teaching CPR, BLS, and First Aid in Chula Vista and San Diego.

October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. About 70% of cardiac arrests outside the hospital happen at home, so the person you save will most likely be someone you love. ❤️

My classes are hands-on and relaxed. We practice until you feel confident. Healthcare workers, parents, babysitters, teachers, and anyone who wants to be ready are welcome.
