We welcome our customers to suggest different dimensions or variations to our pieces. As we are a custom furniture shop, our goal is to make you completely happy with your purchase. Any items currently in stock will ship within 5-7 business days following cleared payment. For items not in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Large items shipped to AK & HI are charged an additional fee. Some oversized or heavy items must be crated to ship outside of the continental US. All items ship from Atlanta, GA, USA. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receiving an item. Buyer pays the return shipping and their account will be credited the amount for the cost of the furniture. The beauty of reclaimed wood is that each board is unique and one of a kind! Variations in color, cracks, nicks and nail holes may be present when ordering reclaimed wood. This further enhances their rustic look. If ordering reclaimed wood, please let us know if you have any concerns or questions in advance.
