My wife and I were getting ready to buy our first home together, though each of us had purchased a home individually in the past. We both had bad experiences with our agents in the past so we were determined to make the right decision this time around. We started with three referrals and interviewed each of them with a long list of questions we pulled off the internet. All three interviewed well but Erica stood out as the most confident, friendly and trustworthy so we went with her. Erica lived up to all of our expectations and exceeded many of them.
