Part 1 | The Details

Every once in a while, a project comes along that reminds us why we love what we do. This La Jolla home is one of them.

Designed by Amanda Byrne of AB Design Studio and built by Borrelli Design, this home features Leeuwenburgh Lignapal veneer throughout, Wurzcraft solid walnut beaded doors, solid walnut dovetail drawers, Cambria quartz with a custom solid brass inlay, Rev-A-Shelf storage solutions, walnut drawer organizers, a custom dog feeding station, and a hidden pantry complete with an integrated w**e refrigerator, prep sink, and illuminated shelving.

Not every client wants the TV to be the focal point… and honestly, we get it.

This custom piece was designed for a home with floor to ceiling windows and incredible views. The goal was simple: don’t block them.

With the push of a button, the TV rises when you want it and disappears completely when you don’t. Clean, functional, and built to keep the focus where it belongs.
