Vermont // Patagonia, Chile Welcome! We are Eduardo & Jess - co-owners and co-adventurers of Sóijen.

We started Sóijen as a way to celebrate our passion for the wind-swept peaks and icy fjords of southern Chilean Patagonia, our original home. Since moving to Vermont, our new playground in the Green Mountains has inspired us to continue creating outdoor-focused designs and gifts, to motivate fellow outdoor enthusiasts to get out and explore Patagonia, New England, and beyond. Our products are made with recycled materials and partnerships with environmentally-conscious vendors. At least 1% of each purchase is donated to environmental non-profits and initiatives in Chile.

1870 miles, 4 provincial + state parks, 3 Great Lakes (and many more awesome little ones) and 9 days later we finally arrived at our destination - Chicago! We took the verry scenic route and it was worth every minute. Feeling refreshed, so inspired, and ready for an epic weekend at the Markets For Makers Chicago Fall Market.

We are one week away from the Freeport Fall Festival and we can't wait to be heading back to Maine for this very special event.

We'll be popping up alongside 200+ of the best New England artists, makers, food producers and more. The Freeport Fall Festival ranked 3rd in USA Today's 10 Best Fall Festivals 🍂 in the country!

We are very excited to announce we just released our winter/holiday collection to our retail partners. 🎉 For this release, we've added new greeting cards, notepads and notebooks to the mix - celebrating winter activities like skiing and snowshoeing and those cozy aprés cabin vibes.

All about the lake vibes right now. 🛶 We spent last weekend on a paddling trip hopping between waterways at Parc National de la Mauricie in Quebec. The loons were out, the water calm, the portages uphill and the mosquitos extra friendly 😅. So grateful to experience such a wild and beautiful place.

Summer and hot days call for time on the water.
There's something special about packing every corner of your canoe, setting off with everything you need, and seeing where the journey takes you.
This print was inspired by our favorite canoe adventure in the Adirondacks. We paddled from Cranberry Lake, crossed into Low's Lake, portaged through Big Deer Pond, and paddled up the Upper Oswegatchie River before reaching Inlet.
