Erin Treacy got her first paycheck at nine years old. Signed by her grandmother. She still has it.
Growing up in a family business in Appalachia, Erin watched leadership that never looked like leadership — it looked like dinner table conversations. "This is how this client likes information to come." "This is the conversation we need to have with this person." No formal training. Just years of absorbing that the real work was always about people and connections.
Now an Executive and Business Coach and Consultant, Erin helps leaders do what she once watched happen instinctively — pause, build emotional awareness, and rewrite the stories keeping them stuck. She's also a small business owner, a working mom, and a former Women's National Ski Team athlete, so she knows exactly what it's like to lead under pressure in every part of life, not just the boardroom.
This episode is one of my favorites from Season 3. It's live now. 🎙️
