Be advised that the National Kidney Foundation truck will NOT be visiting Twelve Oaks, Town-n-Country, Tampa after the garage sale this year. Please make sure to dispose of any unsold items appropriately. Leaving items at the curb is not permitted. Either donate, take to the dump, or make sure they fit into the county garbage cans for your next collection day.

Current dues count : Only 260 homes have paid their dues out of 994 homes for 2026. The amount we collect in 2026 determines the projects and events we are able to fund next year. It's only $10 per household per year! If you use any of the neighborhood amenities or attend any of our events, dues should be paid. If you haven't paid yet, Please do.

Also a Big Thanks to those that have chosen to donate extra funds to TOCA. Frankly, if it weren't for those, we probably would have had to shut down the Civic Association years ago because of declining membership. Let's make it a much higher percentage in 2026!
