Lawrence Woodworks

We strive to make the ordinary beautiful with every custom piece of furniture we build. One part involves bringing back to life skilled craftsmanship. The other part involves family. The first part: Skilled Craftsmanship. LBD was started in 2015 out of a desire to bring back quality craftsmanship to the home and workplace. We may live in a throw-away economy, but this does not mean we have to live like that as individuals. Lawrence Benchmade Designs believes quality furniture should last a lifetime and be able to be passed down. Our aim is to bring you just that. Our motto is “From Us, to the Bench, to You.” We think of designs and ways to build your custom orders, the pieces are formed on our workbench, and then the finished product is delivered to you. Satisfaction guaranteed. The second part: Family. Lawrence Benchmade Designs is a first generation family business. We are a husband and wife team with a young son in tow. LBD is about more than just creating your custom furniture; it’s about being a family and passing down our skills. It’s about encouraging and supporting one another, learning the meaning of hard work and dedication, and experiencing the satisfaction of working together and a job well done. By ordering from Lawrence Benchmade Designs you are not only getting a quality piece of furniture, you are also supporting the development of strong family values in the coming generation.
