A little mixing, a little science, and a whole lot of attention to detail! 🪨🔨
Before can transform a worn-out surface into something beautiful, there’s some important prep work happening behind the scenes.
Getting the adhesive mixture just right is one of those steps that might not look glamorous, but plays a BIG role in the finished product.
Because at It Is Finished, we know the quality of what you see starts with the care put into what you don’t💪🏼

A well-organized trailer means a well-prepared crew!🛠️💪🏼
When every tool has a home, we spend less time searching and more time doing what we do best — bringing our customers’ visions to life.
Organization isn’t just about keeping things looking nice. It’s about efficiency, accountability, and taking pride in the little things that make a BIG difference.
Excellence starts long before the first tool hits the jobsite. 💪🏼✝️

🌊 Work hard, play harder! 🛠️

This past weekend, we traded in our tool belts for swimsuits as boss man Josh treated the IIF crew and their families to a day of fun at Kalahari Waterpark! 🏝️☀️

At It Is Finished, we believe the people behind the projects are just as important as the projects themselves. Our crew puts in long hours, works hard, and shows up for each other day after day. Taking time to celebrate them AND the families who support them is something special. ❤️

Because at the end of the day, we’re not just building beautiful spaces. We’re building relationships, memories, and a team that feels like family.

A huge thank you to Josh for making this happen and to our incredible employees and their families for being part of what makes IIF so special!

Blessed with the best crew, on and off the jobsite! 🙌🏼✝️
