Creating responsible luxury. NOA Living is a contemporary design and cultural enterprise dedicated to creating enduring interiors, objects and experiences. Our work brings together original hand-knotted carpets, fine furniture, cultural collections, historic preservation and responsible production. At our headquarters in the historic Lakeside Textile Mill in Burlington, North Carolina, we are bringing design, craftsmanship, cultural heritage and material innovation together under one roof. Our collections encompass contemporary and traditional carpets, fine furniture, African art, textiles, sculpture and pottery. Each reflects our belief that objects carry the knowledge, creativity and cultural memory of the people who make them. Working with international ateliers in India, Liberia, Nepal and Beirut, we develop original designs and restore objects with respect for their materials, craftsmanship and cultural origins. As we rehabilitate Lakeside Mill, we are also developing circular-production initiatives that explore how recovered textiles and other materials can be transformed into useful, enduring products. Our approach extends beyond individual objects to residential, commercial and hospitality environments where contemporary design and cultural heritage can coexist. We believe beauty carries responsibility: to craftsmanship, to cultural heritage, to materials, to the environment and to future generations. NOA Living — Preserving the past.
