Creative Downsizing Turns Unused Space into a Beautiful and Functional Owner's Study/Guest Room

This is an Albuquerque staging makeover in the minimalist New Mexico style, with earthy colors and patterns that reflect the beautiful landscape. We cleared out the clutter and donated unused items, re-purposed and rearranged the furniture, reclaimed beautiful unused rugs, and re-hung all the artwork to create this welcoming living room and dining area. Now we're updating the bathroom!
