📣 We're Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant 📣

Our interior design studio and boutique in Wellington, FL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!

✨ Part-Time | 20-30 Hours/Week (with opportunity for growth) | Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Bookkeeping & basic accounting
✔️ Accounts Payable & Receivable
✔️ Data entry & record management
✔️ Shopify orders & inventory management
✔️ Office administration & operations support
✔️ Assist our design team with daily tasks

Qualifications:
• Experience with bookkeeping, A/P & A/R
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) & Adobe Systems. Experience with Design Manager or similar accounting program such as Quick Books, etc.
• Shopify experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team.
