Veterans Day means a lot more to me than ever before! 20 years of service and I couldn’t be prouder! I get more sappy as time goes on but it’s due to the fact that over time you see and experience a life full of daily interactions and lessons. Veterans Day marks a time in my life every year to be proud and reflect on what it actually means to serve our great country. It’s beyond words and pretty hard for me to share. It’s hard to reflect on some of the scariest times in my life and some of the best camaraderie you can experience. Life at home missed way too many times and the amazing feeling of being back in the arms of your loved ones. Sacrifices that matter no matter the cost, remaining steadfast no matter the current national sentiment, not letting a few outliers say who and what you represent as a service member defending freedom, being the best you can be, a heart of service, standing up for freedom in a way that most will never understand. Fellow vets, stand proud! We’re in this together, I love you all and will be there for anyone that needs it! Some of you are hurting, check on your battle buddy, it all matters, YOU MATTER!

Dive into the basics of woodworking and spend time in the shop with me. We’ll go over everything you need to get started in woodworking and explore the tools and techniques of the trade. If you’re not a beginner, you’ll enjoy the experience and I gurantee you’ll learn something new! You’ll get a hands on experience in the shop exploring many different powertools and handtools that I use on a daily basis.

Veterans Day around here is a family affair! We had a great day hanging out. So proud to serve with so many Veterans and dang 18 years and counting goes by quick!

Not too much fun to share and I'm very happy it wasn't worse. Piece was grabbed by the cut and pulled my pushing finger in...use a dang push stick!

Sometimes it's a simple shelf...this time I made a video of the process, check it out!

Some of my favorite projects are at my house...installed a white oak floor, built an island with a walnut accent panel and waterfall countertops, built cabinets/refaced, range hood, backsplash and walnut countertops, walnut pot and plan rack with custom steel brackets, dining table and chairs and modified light fixtures to name a few! Wow it all ads up over the years!
