Hey! Have you heard?? OC Kids Yoga was voted “Best Kids Yoga Studio” in the September issue of Parenting OC Magazine for their 24th Annual Parenting OC Readers’ Choice Awards 🎉🎉🎉. I can hardly believe that this little idea/ dream/ love of mine came true and I get to live it every day.

This moment at the end of every yoga class I teach always makes me feel so grateful for what I do. No edits, no sound over the real audio. Just the result of a 30 minute yoga class and a really good savasana. Do you do any calming activities with your kids?
