II. Về Sắn lát:
Theo tin từ các đơn vị kinh doanh sắn lát, một số chủ kho hàng sắn lát (hàng dùng cho nhà máy Cồn) dự kiến mở kho chào giá bán hàng vụ cũ với mức giá tương đối thấp - ở mức dưới 5.000 đồng/kg, trong bối cảnh triển vọng mặt hàng này có thể sẽ tiếp tục giảm do giá củ sắn tươi giảm.

1. According to information from cassava factories, the production plan of cassava factories in the Northern region is expected to be 15-30 days later than the 2023-2024 crop, because the cassava is still young (low starch content). According to export units, there are few transactions of buying and selling cassava starch during the Chinese National Day holiday which lasts until October 7, 2024.
2. The Thai Cassava Association announced that the selling price of cassava starch decreased by another 5 USD/ton compared to the previous week, at 510 USD/ton FOB Bangkok (announced on October 1, 2024). Note: The export price announced on Thailand's website is the transaction price of the previous week. Normally, the announced price of Thailand is 30-50 USD/ton higher than the actual price. Điều này ảnh hưởng lớn đến nhu cầu mua sắn lát và bã sắn dùng để phối trộn vào TACN. Lượng tồn kho sắn lát vụ 2023 – 2024 vẫn còn khá nhiều, dự kiến mùa vụ 2024 – 2025 lượng sắn củ tươi được đưa vào làm sắn lát có thể sẽ giảm mạnh.

Theo tin từ các đơn vị kinh doanh sắn lát, giá Ngô và Tinh bột ngô tại thị trường Trung Quốc giảm (giá xuất xưởng Tinh bột ngô trong khoảng 2.850 đến 3.100 tệ/tấn), tác động đến nhu cầu và giá sắn lát Việt Nam cũng như Thái Lan khi nhập khẩu vào Trung Quốc. Trong khi đó, giá Ngô nhập khẩu vào Việt Nam đối với hàng giao tháng 9.2024 cũng giảm nhẹ (trong khoảng 6.550 đến 6.850 đ/kg giao tại các nhà máy TACN), khiến giá mua sắn lát của các nhà máy TACN nội địa giảm.

I. Về Tinh bột sắn:
1. Theo tin từ các nhà máy sắn, nhu cầu hỏi mua hàng phía Trung Quốc có tín hiệu chậm lại khi có thông tin khu vực Tây Ninh bắt đầu chạy máy và khu vực Tây Nguyên dự kiến chạy máy trong nửa đầu tháng 8/2024. Tỷ giá đồng Đô la Mỹ và đồng Nhân dân tệ cùng giảm gây bất lợi cho các đơn vị xuất khẩu khi thực thu VNĐ về bị giảm. Sức ép bán hàng tồn kho vụ 2023 – 2024 của một số nhà máy từ các tỉnh Bắc Trung bộ trở ra Bắc ngày càng tăng khi nhu cầu hỏi hàng phía Trung Quốc chững lại.
2. Hiệp hội sắn Thái Lan công bố giá bán Tinh bột sắn giảm 05 USD/tấn so với tuần trước đó, ở mức 525 USD/tấn FOB Bangkok (công bố ngày 16/07/2024) do chuẩn bị bước vào vụ mới. Lưu ý: Giá xuất khẩu công bố trên website của Thái Lan là giá giao dịch tuần trước đó. Thông thường giá công bố của Thái Lan cao hơn giá thực tế từ 30 - 50 USD/tấn. Các nhà máy Việt Nam đang chào bán giảm 05 USD/tấn so với tuần trước, trong khoảng 490 - 515 USD/tấn FOB cảng Hồ Chí Minh.
II. Về Sắn lát:
Theo tin từ các đơn vị xuất khẩu sắn lát, hiện nay, khách hàng Trung Quốc tiếp tục tăng tín hiệu hỏi hàng sắn lát Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, mức giá khách hàng chấp nhận mua khá thấp, chưa đủ bù chi phí, nên các đơn vị xuất khẩu vẫn chờ giá tăng thêm mới bán.
