Woodworking stems from my grandfathers. One was a very skilled wood carver, the other was a master furniture maker.

Pavoné is about merging both into beautiful creations. To view some of my projects, check out my page or Instagram. @pavone_woods

We’ll, it’s been a while and a lot has happened for Pavoné Woods. Thanks to a little addition to our family, we moved in the spring. The shop went from a 13x16 basement section to a 21x25 garage. After new epoxy floor, insulation, and drywall, it is finally up and running.

Finished up these record shelves to match this old German cabinet record player. Mitered joints with a mitered banding on the front was a fun learning curve. The capped tapered legs really brought it all together.

Got the live edge ash desk fully installed. Was a really fun first live edge project. However, definitely gonna make sure it’s fits in the planer next time.

This bad boy should cut down on the dust. Now to make sure I don’t smack my head on it every week.

Well the sump pump is in and the shop is getting a makeover. Fresh paint and more lighting is already making it feel bigger and better!

Got these two benches installed today. Was able to match the trim stain perfectly. Client was glad to see the old MDF benches removed.

Well things really slow when you get a few inches of water in your shop. Luckily, most of the wood and all of my current projects came out unscathed.

Got the v grooves cut and the aspen edging glued in on these tops for some built in benches.

I can finally post about my first set of cutting boards. They were gifts so I had to wait until their recipients received them. Mahogany, walnut, and maple. Sealed with homemade mixture of mineral oil and bees wax.
