Talking about change is easy. Being the person who actually shifts the energy in a room, challenges the status quo, create new narratives, or takes the first step when everyone else hesitates… that’s a whole different level. And We had the honor of being apart of a conference that was all about doing the work on a new level!

The Cover360ixty team is proud to celebrate our Co-Founder Bryce Harris for his outstanding contributions to youth leadership in sports and personal development. This season, he coached the Palisades Youth Recreational Basketball team to a championship victory and led them all the way to the regional finals. This was an incredible achievement built on dedication, mentorship, and heart.

During this journey, Bryce also had the unique opportunity to learn from the legendary coach Phil Jackson while coaching his grandson, who was a member of the championship team. That experience added even more depth to Bryce’s leadership and coaching philosophy.

At Cover360ixty, we believe in building champions both on and off the court. From skill development to entrepreneurship training, our mission is to empower youth to excel in every aspect of life.

Here’s to Bryce an example of what it means to lead, inspire, and elevate the next generation.

We are honored to introduce our partner Cheryl Wilkins, Co-Founder and Co-Director of Columbia University’s Center for Justice (CFJ).

Cheryl Wilkins has dedicated her life to advancing justice, equity, and opportunity for communities that have historically been locked out of systems of power. Through her leadership at CFJ, she continues to build bridges between impacted communities and institutional access, turning lived experience into leadership and policy influence.

At Cover360ixty, we believe exposure creates expansion. This partnership with Columbia University’s Center for Justice is about more than training entrepreneurs, it’s about unlocking ownership, access, and generational leverage for underserved communities.

Together, we are training the next generation to not just participate in systems; but to build, own, and lead them.

It was an amazing day I will always cherish the moment I met and personally worked alongside The Honorable Reverend Jesse Jackson.

His courage, leadership, and unwavering commitment to fairness helped shape generations of progress. I am grateful for the opportunity to have crossed paths with a man whose legacy will forever be etched in history.
