The Painted Parrot is a local business, created by myself Penny Baird, where I paint and up cycle furniture and give it a new lease of life.
I believe that hand-painted furnishings have a unique touch of class that can compliment almost any style. I use the finest materials to create the look that you desire, from the traditional shabby chic 'distressed' look to the more modern 'solid' look, and anything in between! For the best look, I use second hand furniture and antique furniture. I repair and reconstruct pieces to make them fully usable.
