2018 is already off to a wild start for us. All this week we've been in Sarajevo, showing a curated selection of UK and Western-Balkans-based games, as part of the British Council's PlayUK Arcadia 2018 festival. It's been an incredibly cool project to be a part of, and amazing way to start our year 💜

For Vol.VI last month, we collaborated with amazing Edinburgh-based illustrator Sean McIlroy to create our first ever GamesAreForEveryone shirt.

Oh, hey! GamesAreForEveryone - our alt arcade club night - is 3 weeks today!

If you've never been to one of our events before, you should consider coming to this one, because it's our absolute favourite thing.

The night features 25 fantastic, raucous, beautiful games from a selection of designers and creators from across the world - from jostle-inducing multiplayer things, to quieter, heartfelt journeys - all in a club setting with live DJs, drinks, and 500 lovely people.

It's a night where you can dance with googley-eyed VR; mash buttons with old friends and new enemies; experience poignant, personal stories; or just have a few drinks and be surrounded by a diverse and incredible collection of work, by a whole host of amazing, independent creators.

You don't have to 'know' games to be a part of GamesAreForEveryone - you just have to want to be around wonderful, interesting, playful things.
