I have some news to share… 💛

I’ve been quiet on here for a bit, and I feel it’s time to let you know why and what’s happening.

Recently, my husband James started a job. We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity, but it also brings some changes for Cosy Corner Creations.

The biggest change is that I’ll no longer be trading at markets.

I never properly introduced James here, but although he was mostly behind the scenes, he was a huge part of this little business. From making my clothing rails to helping with packing, loading and setting up. He did so much of the hard graft that made market days possible.

Markets were something we did as a team. With James working, I’ve decided that continuing them on my own isn’t the right choice for me.

Before anything else, I want to thank everyone who has supported me over the years. Every purchase, recommendation, friendly chat and return visit has meant so much. Thank you for loving the Baba Fishees range as much as I do, and for choosing it for your little ones.

A special thank you to The Shongweni Farmers & Craft Market for giving me the opportunity to start this journey in the first place. It’s where so many of you got to know me and Cosy Corner Creations, and I’m grateful for the chance to have been part of it.

To the customers who became friends, and the lovely fellow stallholders I met along the way, I thank you for making those market days so special. I’ve met some wonderful people, and those connections are something I’ll carry with me. 💛

Cosy Corner Creations isn’t closing. This is a new chapter, and I’m giving myself some room to work out what comes next.

For now, I’ll be selling my remaining Baba Fishees clothing stock online, with everything at reduced prices. I’ll share it a few items at a time on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Yaga until it’s all uploaded.

A little look back at such a lovely weekend at The Eston Show from my little stall, to the tractors, the beautiful surroundings, and of course the magnificent bulls… what incredible creatures! 🐂

A huge thank you to the organisers and the Eston community and my fellow vendors for making it such a special and very well organized weekend.

And thank you to everyone who popped in, had a chat and connected with me — I thoroughly enjoyed it all. 🤍
