*General Safety For You and Your OVHD*
1. Unplug the receiver from AC power outlet before cleaning.
2. Use only a damp cloth for cleaning the exterior of the receiver.
3. Dp not use accessories or attachments not recommended by the receiver manufacturer as they may cause problems to the equipment and will avoid the warranty.
4. Do not place the receiver on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table.
5. The receiver may fall, causing serious personal injury and damage to the receiver.
6. Do not block or cover the slot opening in the receiver. "These are provided for ventilation and protection from overheating"
7. Never place the receiver in an enclosure such as a cabinet without proper ventilation.
8. Do not stack the receiver on top of or below other electronic devices.
9. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and with no object filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
10. Operate the receiver using only the type of power source indicated on the marking label.
11. Unplug the receiver power cord by gripping the power plug, not the cord guys.
12. Route power supply cord so thar are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them. Pay particular attention to the cords that plug in the convenience receptacles and the point where they exit from the unit.
13. Use an outlet that contains surge suppression or ground fault protection, guys.
14. Do not keep the apparatus in the following situations. Doing so might cause problems.
A) Where is it too hot or cold
B) where there is humidity
C) where there are excessive temperatures, for example, in front of air conditioners or heating vents
D) where there is dust or soot
E) in confined areas where the heat can not be released
F) where it is exposed to directly sunlight
15. For added protection during a lighting storm, or when the receiver is left unattached and unused for long periods of time, Unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the lines between the receiver and the antenna π‘. This will provide some protection against electrical damage caused by lighting or power line surges
16. The main plug is used as the disconnect device, and the disconnect device shall remain readily .

When you switch off your OVHD Decoder please use your remote control or your power off button on your decoder, do not remove the power pack on your wall socket, if you do so it will affect your OVHD by loosing channels continusly, it will cost you money for activations
Again If you keep on disconnecting your OVHD from the power supply cable you will miss the important update from

How to read your B-mail?
To remove the B-Mail icon please follow the below steps:-
If you have a NA-9200, KSTB 2194, KSTB 2184 Openview model
Step 1: Press menu βselect B-Mail
Step 2: Press the βgreenβ button βto delete All
UEC βDSD4165 Openview model
Step 1: Press Menu βSelect Settings
Step 2: Select B-Mail
Step 3 : Press the Blue button until all B-mails are cleared.

Please take note: "Open View & DsTV they both share the same satellite but different frequencies, which means, if you have your Satellite Antenna using DsTV decoder you have to look for an installer to do a refocuss for signal, but if you have an open view decoder using that same antenna there is no need for you to look for an installer and do a refocuss for signal you just connect your decoder and watch, but if it's an HD Decoder that one for DsTV you can look for an installer to assist you or you can inbox me will assist you it's easy...

Please make sure that your LNB cable which is left on top of your roof is not long, if it's long it will be affected by rain and sun, make sure to avoid such always ask your installer to leave a short cable not long one to avoid such

How to recover missing channels?
Can you please do the following.
1. Press menu from the remote control
2. From the screen scroll to setting then press ok
3. Under setting go to installation and press ok. Parental pin code will be required, enter 1234.
4. Scroll down to channel search and press ok
5. Press ok again to start channel search
NB: When the channel search is finished give the STB at least 3 minutes to recover the lost channels.
You can see if the channels have been recovered by changing the program or simply press ok on you remote to display the list.
