GOALS SETTING

Setting goals for the year doesn’t have to feel intense or draining 💛

Here’s what I’m keeping in mind:

✨ 1. Energy over pressure
If a goal constantly exhausts me, it’s probably not aligned. Goals should support my life, not steal from it.

✨ 2. Alignment over comparison
I’m choosing goals that match my values and pace—not what looks impressive on the internet.

✨ 3. Progress that fits real life
Life changes, and that’s okay. Goals should be flexible, not fragile.

And the one thing I’m doing every day to move closer without burnout?

🌱 One small, intentional step. No rushing. No forcing. Just consistent action with good intention.

Slow progress is still progress. Gentle effort still counts.

✨ A Little Story from My Morning ✨

This morning, something beautifully simple reminded me how joy often hides in the quiet corners of our day. I was walking through a store when my eyes landed on this lovely frame—clean white wood, bright colors, and a message that spoke straight to my heart: “Do more of what makes you happy.”

And the price? Just AED 13.99.
A tiny amount for something that felt like a gentle nudge from the universe.

It made me think about how happiness doesn’t always come wrapped in luxury or expensive things. Sometimes, it comes in the simplest forms—small, meaningful reminders we often overlook. True happiness starts from within, and when it rises, all we need to do is let it flow.

I walked out of the store extremely happy, carrying this little treasure like a spark of joy. Now it sits on my home desk, a constant reminder to choose the things that light me up, every single day. 💛

Sometimes, the simplest finds bring the biggest smiles. ✨
