Biophilic Design // These pergolas were made for a project in Jumeirah Islands, to bridge the gap between people and nature. The pergolas created room for our nature-loving clients to be outside, enjoying the morning tranquility of sunrises and the bliss of sunsets.

Alix Partners Corporate Fit-Out // For this project, our main objective was curating well balanced interiors, so aesthetic and function could go exist.

The reception area features a corporate lounge, warm wooden and welcoming slat walls as well as a storage unit.

We also worked together on creating collaborative workspaces, conference rooms and a kitchen/break room for a holistic working environment.

Interior Design Trends for 2026

1. Carved, sculptural silhouettes are dominating - think rounded sofas, arched architectural details, soft yet bold organic shapes that feel both modern and seamless.

2. Biophilic connections with natural materials in their natural shapes, plants, green walls, and large windows bring nature inside.

3. Some big brands are promoting bolder hues as accent colours for playful details.

4. Oversized, enveloping seating that prioritises comfort and slow living.

5. Checkerboard patterns are making a comeback in refined, modern applications.

6. Along with lighting that reflects our circadian rhythms, backlit lighting allows a softer, more subtle brightness.
