The structures/carcass are mainly made out of strengthened wood with multi-layer of MDF/PLYWOOD inlays OR solid wood according to the product requirements; particularly the most suitable materials to get the final finishing, touches and decorations. VENEER SECTION

Veneer from all types of wood, are carefully selected to find the best veining pattern for every single piece to end each of them as a masterpiece with the latest machinery technology. CARVING AND TURNING SECTION

Carving masters provided with specific training and by their extensive experience in this field carefully and by hand turning and/or carve every decoration out of row solid wood to represent a unique piece. INLAY AND VENEER MARQUETRY DESIGNS

The LASER technology takes a place to create and manufacture the inlays and marquetry faster and easier with its beauty from different collection of materials; and with the help of highly trained professional hands produces delicate inlays and marquetry to create the ancient beauty. MEMBRANE PRESS

The smart automatic pin membrane press and pedestal system from ALMEX PRESS is the most advanced thermo laminator 3D press machine available in the Middle East, forming: PVC Rigid (PTF), Polypropylene, Polyolefin (PO), PVC-Flexible, KYDEX tm, Polystyrene, and all types of Veneer. Since available only in EMIRATES DÉCOR gives us the chance to participate and challenge the time for the mass production projects with the most competitive and limited handing over period. Advanced technology 3 Axis Milling Equipment – MECANUMERIC MB 6020 from FRANCE - is available in our CNC division, the largest in the UAE, with a travel work table top of XYZ 6050x2050x250mm fabricating 10,000 sq.m a month of ALUBOND wall covering for architectural use, alongwith 5 Axis MECANUMERIC PRO 4020 with a travel work table top of XYZ 4050x2050x250 mm specially for wood work with the most amazing do-all tool for precisely cutting, carving, drilling or machining any kind of works including hatching all type of materials such as wood, acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, marble, stone, glass etc With the computer control and its software, simply we design and execute any decorative items matching to our Clients’ imaginations either in 2D or 3D. LASER CUTTING

Advanced technology Laser Cutting Machine – LASCUT 3020 from MECANUMIC, FRANCE - with X Y Z Travel of 3050x2020x195 mm, Power of 2000 W, cutting up to 16 mm mild steel, 5 mm stainless steel and upto 100mm acrylic, with speed up to 18 M / min, represents world class level in terms of stability and precision, serving the whole regions of UAE. PRINTING MACHINE

To enable us to provide all the decoration services to our clients, we have installed world renowned ‘SUN’ brand Digital Flatbed Wide Format Printer based on unique UV-LED EVOLUTION technology for direct printing on wood, acrylic, plastics, all kinds of metal, fabrics and canvas, ceramic, mosaic, leather etc, which also print wide range of sign boards in different finishing with multi colours with the advantage of 3D printing option. PAINTING AND FINISHES:

EMIRATES DÉCOR have the wide spectacular experience in the different sectors of finishing, by introducing all the latest technology and machineries to get the best and luxury finishing. PREPARATION OF PAINTING

Preparation and sanding of the product is one of the most important steps to create the proper finishing, starting from manual sanding and machine sanding with master sander, ending with the latest technology Robot sanding machine. SPRAY BOOTH

Our fully operational wide opened spray booth allows us to provide a quality finish to the wood surfaces for both internal and external applications starting from the primer coats, till the special air filtering cabin for the final coats. ULTRA VIOLET MASS PRODUCTION-PAINTING LINE

The ultra violet mass production-painting line with the latest technology allows receiving the final painted dried panels within five minutes painting operation period with high quality finishing, which in turn allow us to provide service for mass production projects to our clients. ROBOT PAINTING BOOTH

With the updated computerized technology we are able to get the perfect painted decorative 5D carving pieces; the robot booth allows the lacquer paint to go deep through all the details, with innumerable finishes to cover the entire surface with smooth luxury finish. GOLD AND SILVER LEAF

Not only pure gold leaf gilding or pure silver applied by hand with special care and accuracy, but also unlimited finishes appears from the reflections of the golden and silver lead to amazing decorative effects. CURTAINS SECTION:

Natural or synthetic padding in conformity with our client’s taste are carefully assembled according to ergonomics criteria to ensure the most comfortable seating. Feather, pure latex expanded polyurethane, polyester fiber and traditional spring strap supports reflect the philosophy of relaxation. ART SECTION:
