Some places just bring out the best in a project. ✨
Recreating The Grand Show at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi was one of those moments. Seeing the podium come together again in a new setting was special in its own way.

The glass atrium above adds so much to the space. The sunlight coming through and the shadows falling across the podium make the whole setup look even more beautiful. Sometimes the setting really does make all the difference!

It has been an immense pleasure in building this pop up again with these 3 brands and with a setting like this, we can’t help but stop and admire how it all came together.

That’s where our daily huddle comes in.

Every department at Abra starts the day by getting on the same page. What’s happening today? Who needs help? What’s holding things up? And what’s worth celebrating?

A few minutes of sharing can save hours of confusion, help teams solve problems faster and make sure no one is figuring things out alone.

It’s a small habit but when you have 500+ people working under one roof, it makes a real difference.

Because good work doesn’t just happen on the floor. It starts with how we work together.

After sharing the story behind the rollout, here’s a closer look at the project itself.

This is one of the YSL Love N**e regional pop-ups we recently executed across the GCC.

The details were all produced in our 200,000 sq ft Dubai facility. From the fluted panels and flocked finish that gives the structure its soft velvet texture to the oversized perfume bottle dummies, every element came together to complete the space.

Seeing the finished pop-up is one thing. Seeing five of them come together across the GCC on the same day is what makes this project special.

Every location had to capture the same look and feel, with each detail coming together just as planned.

This one goes straight into the books and seeing this project takes us back to that one night where we had to install the pop ups across the GCC region in a single go.

This is YSL Lovenude’s regional pop up that we recently executed across the GCC region. Everything was produced in our facility in Dubai, where every piece was built and checked first before being packed and shipped out to each location and from Dubai it travelled out to AbuDhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.

The tricky part was that all five locations had to go live on the same day. There was no version of this where we could roll it out city by city over a couple of weeks. So we had one option, which was to install everything the night before while the malls were still closed and trust that the morning looked exactly how we pictured it.

That night was really about people. Our projects team in Dubai stayed on the phones while the installation teams stood inside each location and everyone was counting down toward the same opening hour. Every message had to land right the first time because there was simply no time to redo anything.

By the time the shutters came up, everything was standing and every finish was sitting exactly where it was meant to be.

It is the kind of work that looks effortless from the outside and takes a lot of quiet planning on the inside. A big thank you to everyone who stayed up that night to make it happen. Swipe to see how it all came together.
