We keep coming back to Rowley’s Steak & Frites at Central Park Towers, and honestly it’s not for the brunch scene — it’s for exactly the opposite.
☕ The A.M. Club — every morning, 8:30–11am, no reservation needed. Walk in, sit down, done. Their Steak and Eggs (AED 55) is the move if you want to start the day properly, or keep it light with the Breakfast Bun (AED 29). Add truffle hashbrowns if you’re feeling it. Nearly 50 years of British steakhouse heritage doing breakfast right.
🥩 The Anti-Brunch Club — Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30am–5pm. This is for people who are done with overpriced brunch packages and DJ sets. Instead: a 1kg Australian Côte de Boeuf shared between the table, salad, unlimited fries, all the Rowley’s sauces, for AED 350. Add unlimited w**e for 3 hours at AED 60pp and you’ve got the best weekend deal in Dubai for a group of 3–4.
🍽️ Power Lunch — Monday to Friday, 11:30am–7:30pm, for when you need a real lunch between meetings. 250g steak, house salad, unlimited fries, AED 80. Not a sad desk salad.

We did TWO Spanish brunches in Dubai… in TWO days. Because apparently one wasn’t enough 🇪🇸😂
**Saturday: Lola Taberna Española Fiesta Brunch 🇪🇸💃**
We started with Lola Taberna, and this one is all about the fiesta.
Think Spanish food, flowing drinks, music, dancing and a much more energetic party atmosphere.
It feels like you’ve been dropped into a Spanish celebration and someone forgot to tell them brunch had an end time.
💰 AED 199 (soft drinks) | AED 299 (house beverages) | AED 349 (sparkling)
Saturday verdict: come for the food, stay for the chaos.
Then 24 hours later…
**Sunday: Barrafina Restaurant DIFC Domingo Sunday Paella Brunch 🥘**
Completely different energy.
Barrafina keeps things more food-focused and refined, with a chef-led bar counter and more intimate setting, individually served paella’s taking centre stage alongside some world class tapas dishes and a more relaxed Sunday atmosphere.
Less “OLE!”, more “pass the paella.”

We had to come back…🤍
Five years ago, Mr Brunch brought me to this little spot overlooking the sea in Ibiza…and somewhere between the food, the ch*****ne and that sunset, asked me to marry him…💍
This week we came back to Kasbah Ibiza for the first time since.
Same incredible view…
Same obsession with ordering far too much food…(that Mr Brunch could actually eat this time! 🤣 Nerves and all that! 😅)

Still laughing…and chatting the night away…
Still us…🥂
There’s something quite special about going back to a place that holds such a massive memory and realising that five years later, you’d still say yes a thousand times over…😍❤️
