Job searching is one of the most tiring things to do when everyday you're applying to various positions but failing to progress.

Here's my analysis of what you can do to increase your chances of landing a job.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this and comment anything that you struggle with and want me to create a post on.

UX and product designers must adopt a questioning mindset. Skilled questioning leads to better outcomes and paradigm changes within organizations. You may stir the pot a little bit, but you may also help shape a new direction and encourage others to move forward. In this post I discuss how questioning is an inherent skill but growing up we begin to suppress our curiosity as described by Warren Berger's book 'A More Beautiful Question'. He highlights three main questions 'Why? What if? & How?' to get to effective solutions.

Have you struggled with creating experiences with great structure or do you often feel your designs fail to complement the content/ information within your product?

For this, Information architecture exists. Information Architecture is one of the most crucial things while defining the user experience for your product/ platform. It helps in providing a basic understanding of IA's for creating effective and efficient user experiences.

By devising Information architectures, you can create strong foundations for great user experiences that bridge the gap between design and content.

Every year we make tons of new year resolutions, and as time passes by instead of fulfilling them we come up with excuses to shift the blame from ourselves to other things, people or circumstances. This way we keep our egos happy but the trade off is huge as it halts our ability to execute and take action, thus limiting our potential and growth.

2022 is all about taking ownership for consistent ex*****on and to improvise on outcomes through iterations instead of waiting for the perfect results.

Today is a very sad day for me as my 3+ years of Hardwork/ efforts have gone to waste as my instagram account () has been disabled. I had a community of 10k+ followers, Reach and Creative Content (Screenshots attached). Although I'm almost always very optimistic but this is a situation that I never anticipated, hence I would request every person who I know and used to follow me to please follow my new instagram account.
