Renovation Repairs.
Removed cornice, cutout water damaged ceilings in dining, installed new 55mm cornice & patched ceiling. Repaired water damaged bulkhead scraped back bubbling paint on concrete ceiling & flushed to make good ready for painting.
Repaired gaps to solid plastered walls, electrical wall chasing & reveals around new installed window/sliding doors in 4 rooms.

Chipped out solid plaster wall crack, loose mortar debris & re-plastered flat, scraped out old silicone & plaster debris under where cornice had cracked, filled in gaps with cornice cement, completed with sanding ready for painting.

Water Damage Repairs.
A small blister of paint in lounge room ceiling led to a previous water damage repair, which led to ceiling joists right above, which led to a larger patch to flush. Patched & flushed where air-con duct once existed. Scraped back & flushed internal corners in laundry where paint had bubbled due to a water leak & flushed imperfection on garage wall.
