Goodbye to Moving Madness
It is with a heavy heart that a decision has been made to no longer continue with the Moving Madness Program and the final session will be Wednesday 9 March 2022. This was not an easy decision to make as we understand that this program has provided a wonderful environment for the community to connect and make new friends, while a the same time providing energetic entertainment to the many children who have participated over the years.

The decision has been made for different reasons including:
- Decline in numbers since COVID and the additional resources required to maintain a safe COVID environment
- The need to upgrade our resources and equipment for this program
- Our wonderful coordinator Sonya is seeking to pursue and expand her passion in providing individualised support to children with additional needs and respite to their families. If you know Sonya, you will understand these are big shoes to fill.

The positive is that this decision allows us to explore other possibilities of how we can continue to provide different opportunities for community connections and we are hoping in the near future you will be able to participate in new initiatives we have planned. We ask you to watch this space for announcements on new programs and initiatives.

In the meantime, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all who have supported this program and who have been both ongoing and short term participants. As an alternative Playgroup meets on Monday from 10am – 12 noon in the Childcare Garden with Sonya as the coordinator and we welcome new families to join.
