I am always amazed when clients sell their dream home so shortly after building it.  I helped design this place about 4 or 5 years ago when I was working for one of my previous employers, a great building company.   The clients and the whole team really poured their hearts and souls in to it as it went through a lengthy and intensive design process.  I thought they would be happy forever in their dream home! 
But now if you want it and can break records in the suburb or the state – you can have it!
