Large pencil bowl, turning approximately 1500 pencils 

Made to order breakfront, four-door cabinet using mahogany timbers, birch interior veneer with oak panel doors, green washed and hand polished externals

Australian Red Cedar extension table around late 1870s. Total re-do for the top. Looks can be deceiving has deep scratches throughout.
This well take 10 weeks or so to hand polish, can’t be rushed for a good lasting finish.
Old finish removed careful preparation - a coat of polish - grain filled and now left to dry. Early process at the moment.

Some pieces for restoration have come in lately, my not be to everyone’s delight but has come up well. Great storage capacity for its size and has an “air of charm”

Special little piece restored and hand polished coffee grinder.
For a lovely lady from Eastern Europe. Good quality mechanism, mahogany timber, box dovetail joints with boxwood stringing.
A gem and delight to use.
