Today is R U OK DAY? A gentle reminder that a simple question can make a big difference. At our community, connection and care are at the heart of everything we do - whether it’s a friendly chat over coffee, a walk with a neighbour, or a shared laugh.

Take a moment today to check in with someone around you. Ask “R U OK?”, listen with care, and remind each other that we’re never alone.
