40 years ago I started a butchers apprenticeship in what was then the original Killians Walk in central Bendigo
Working my way around town in a lot of the old shops now non existent around Bendigo
Finally ending up in High Street Kangaroo Flat where I finished my apprenticeship and finally bought and ran the shop
in the last four year I was there
I then did a four year stint At Hazeldenes boning while starting up the Mobile Business which I have operated for the past 25 years
And still going strong
Now onto my fifth truck second utility
And now have 9 Coolrooms
Not bad after starting out operations out of the back of an old XD station wagon with one Coolroom
Would not have been able to do this without the long lasting support of customers
Some have supported me from 20 to 25 years and I thank you
Body hurts
But got a few more years left in me

Been wondering a new direction for a while to go with the Mobile Butchering
I’m currently getting a couple of Coolrooms ready for party and function hire
First one almost complete
Just needing registration

Wondering what’s really going on in this crazy world
Cattle are being given dangerous chemicals to stop them producing methane by big corporate chains so that they can advertise these meats tainted with chemicals that are not healthy for animals or humans

Have worked a lot of years on farm
I had dressed water buffalo
But the first time having close contact with Top End buffalo while dressing a well grown Hereford
