Built circa 1918, this home is an exceptional example of 20th Century Federation Architecture which has been widely recognised for its architectural merit and heritage value.

We are very excited to be working with .dunn.architect once again to transform this stunning home for our client.

Demolition has well and truly begun on site, watch this space for more updates!

Courtyard House update 📢

A lot has happened since our last post on this project. The rear extension has had the slab poured, framed up and roof on! The existing house is framed up with some of the new timber windows starting to go in. External cladding and internal linings will start soon which will really help to start defining spaces.

Re-paw-ting for site supervisor duties last week was our newest recruit Momo! He will be kept very busy watching all of the changes to his new backyard over the coming months.

Courtyard House // Starting on site very soon! Our vision for this house, having been substantially modified and removed of character prior to our engagement, was to revive it to its former glory.

We are very excited to announce our next project: Courtyard House 🏡

Designed by this home will be stripped back, returned to it’s former glory and have a new extension built at the back which wraps around the central courtyard.

The lovely Julie from dropped in some samples of the new thermolaminated range which we are considering for an upcoming project.

Talmine House has had a busy couple of days! The internal painting undercoat is done and today the outdoor slab was poured. We are now reaching the end of this project where everything starts coming together and a house starts looking like a home 🏡

Tiling is well underway at Talmine House!

How satisfying is it to see the subway tile lining up with VJ groove 😍
