A few more beautiful gems created for some special celebrations!

For those of you who know me, you will know that I am terribly sentimental and there is nothing more beautiful than "Making Old New Again". Especially when that something old has been in your family for over half a century. This sideboard was in my Grandfathers shed for as long as I can remember.

I really wanted to maintain it's original charm and rustic character but still give her a new lease on life. This is the end result and will soon take pride of place in my sisters new house at the end of the year. For now I will get to enjoy it being here with me, a little part of my Pa lives on in so many beautiful ways.

These make for the perfect 21st Gift or as a Groomsman Appreciation gift.

One of my favourite places to find hidden treasures is the demolition yard. I was so excited a few weeks ago when I stumbled across this beautiful timber and some other great pieces... My imagination was firing on all cylinders and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Sorry for my long and silent absence from FB... Life has been rather busy these past few months. However, these past few weeks I have been busy in the workshop creating some beautiful pieces. My biggest problem is I fall in love with them all and want to keep them...alas this is not possible.
