Ston Tutorials - Step 16: Tools and Settings

For all your core settings, which define how you want to order products on the Ston Kitchens portal, click on your profile drop down to open up the 'Account Settings' option.

From here you can update your name, email, phone number, address and other profile settings. As well as a section to 'Grant Manufacturer Access' to log directly into your account if you require them to give you some assistance on a job.

You also have the ability to change your password if needed. As well as set up or change your default delivery address, which we pre-fill into a new job if you have opted to have that job delivered.

Like we saw on the room defaults when we created a new job, you can pre-set some product defaults that you would like to apply to your account. This means when you start a new job, the settings you have here will pre-fill into the room defaults section of your newly created job.

For example you can set your standard:
- Carcase colour
- Exterior colour
- Hinge type
- Drawer runner type
- Product sizes

Lastly you have the option to manage your product favourites by adding, removing or re-ordering them as required. This is also the same as any favourited hardware items.

Ston Tutorials - Step15: Additional Hardware

If you require extra hardware for your job, for example; say you'd like extra hinges to be supplied, the 'Additional Hardware' section of Ston Kitchens portal is considered a little shop within the dashboard. Enabling you to purchase and select additional hardware to be supplied with your job.

You will find such items as:
- Hinges and mounting plates
- Handles
- Hanging rail and mounting brackets
- Appliances
- Cutlery racks
- Screws

Ston Tutorials - Step 14: Favourites

Efficiency is an important factor of the ordering system and as such, we have streamlined navigation of the product library through the creation of the favourites tool.

Naturally there would be preferred items and cabinets that you use frequently across projects. To save you the time of navigating the full library of categories for each item, you can simply flag any item as a favourite. All of these favourite items can be found easily from the favourites category.
