**Not all repair issues are visible from the outside.**

A phone may look perfectly fine after a repair, but some of the most important details are hidden inside the device.

During an inspection, we found missing screws, incorrect screw placement and damaged screws inside a device.

Small details like these can affect how securely components are fitted and may cause problems in the future.

At Mr Phone Repair & Accessory, we believe a quality repair is not just about replacing a damaged part — it is also about careful inspection, proper installation and taking the time to reassemble the device correctly.

If your device needs a repair or inspection, feel free to contact us.

Notice your iPhone battery bulging or your screen lifting slightly? This iPhone arrived with a swollen battery (swipe to see the side view!), which was causing the phone to lose proper power connection and constantly loop on the software pairing screen.

We safely removed the expanded battery, performed a thorough internal cleanup, and installed a high-quality replacement battery to get the system stable and running perfectly again.

Swollen batteries can press against your screen from the inside, causing lines or permanent display damage if left ignored. If your phone feels a bit thicker than usual or is rebooting strangely, bring it by our Burnie shop for a safe check-up!

Samsung Original Service Pack: The exact same premium quality, vibrant colors, and razor-thin bezels your phone came with.

High-Quality Aftermarket Screen: A fantastic, budget-friendly alternative! While the display borders (bezels) are a tiny bit thicker than the original, it works flawlessly and offers amazing cost-effectiveness.

Tired of that annoying "Unknown Part" warning on your iPhone? 🛑📱

If you've had your screen or battery replaced at a standard repair shop, you might have noticed a message saying Apple "unable to verify" the part. It locks you out of seeing your Battery Health and can hurt your phone's resale value.

Here is the good news: You don't have to live with that warning.

As a certified Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP) right here in Burnie, we have direct access to Apple’s official diagnostic systems, tools, and genuine parts.

Swipe to see this recent repair! We took an iPhone plagued with "Unverified" battery warnings from a previous non-genuine repair, fitted it with a brand-new Genuine Apple part, and ran Apple’s internal system calibration. The result? A perfectly clean bill of health with zero warnings! ✨

Get it done right the first time with 100% peace of mind. Drop by our shop or message us to book your official Apple service today!

Sometimes a bad drop does more than just crack the back glass—it can impact the internals, including the battery. We had this iPhone come in recently with the back glass completely shattered and a battery that had seen better days.

It’s a common issue we see, and the good news is that it’s completely fixable! We carefully replaced the battery and restored the back casing so it looks and performs like a brand-new device again.

If your phone has taken a nasty tumble and isn't holding charge like it used to, don't worry—it’s likely in much better shape than it looks. Feel free to pop into our Burnie shop for a check-up!

Here’s an important tech tip to save your precious photos and data! 📱👇

If you drop your phone and notice lines, ghost images, or the screen "randomly touching" on its own, don't ignore it. This glitching can cause the device to secretly type in the wrong passcode over and over again while it's in your pocket.

If an iPhone enters a wrong passcode 10 times, it will become completely "Unavailable" and locked out. When this happens, the only fix is to completely factory reset the device, meaning all unbacked-up data and memories could be lost forever.

If your screen starts acting up or typing on its own, turn it off immediately and bring it in for a professional check. It’s always safer to fix the screen early than to risk losing your data!

Sometimes a drop isn't just a cracked screen—it can affect the display itself, turning it black or causing these strange lines and discolouration. This iPhone arrived in the shop looking like this after a bad fall, and the owner was understandably worried about their phone.

The good news is, a screen replacement fixed it right up! We’ve tested everything through our post-repair checklist, and the display is now as clear as the day it was bought.

If your phone is showing any weird colours or lines after a drop, it’s best to get it checked sooner rather than later to prevent further damage. Feel free to message us or pop by the shop for a look!
