We catch and supply local, sustainable line caught fish right from the pristine waters in your own b Why Revolution?

We are so passionate about the possibilities and opportunities a whole fish has to offer. For time in memoriam fish have been underutilised, with only the fillets becoming food and the rest of the animal thrown to waste. There is so much more to discover and enjoy about our local products and we want to revolt against waste, show a higher level of respect to our amazing seafood and give ourselves

As you are all aware, Our state government closed fishing on the west coast permanently as of January 1. This was where we harvested 90% of our fish from on our own boat, and also where we were sourcing fish from other fishermen to keep our wholesale and retail fish supply flowing.

Having lost that with 3 weeks notice we battled on best we could through the busy period only receiving a much smaller amount of fresh fish from our own boat in the southern ocean. Now the government is attacking that region as well with sweeping cuts that will mean fishing down there will be completely unviable.

Sustaining these losses in availability of fresh, local, line caught fish has been difficult to navigate to say the least. Now I am afraid, heading into worse winter conditions and further cuts imminent we are making the tough decision to close both our retail and wholesale supply lines for the next 6 months while we refit our boat and set our sights on a new fishery that will need our sole focus to learn and grow into.

Having seen the incredible demand from local people for local fish, and the vast amounts consumed through our local eateries it is personally quite devastating to no longer be able to bring that satisfaction to the public.

Yes, we could just buy in fish from up north, over east or over seas. But I believe locals deserve better and I refuse to become a used car salesman of inferior produce I dont believe in.

So please, come and see us this weekend, stock up, because this may be some of the last readily available local reef fish you will see.

Up to 20% off across the board on all products, fish, prawns, squid, crayfish etc etc

We hope to reignite our store once we have mastered our new fishery in the spring. Until then thankyou all for the wonderful support you've shown us through this difficult chapter for Western Australian fishing families.

WEVE GOT YOU!

This easter, our retail store in Augusta will be one of the only shops in Western Australia with a great range of fresh, line caught, local fish available at factory direct prices.

Weve seen fillet prices for the same fish species up to $50 per kilo MORE than our current pricing in other retailers of late, if they can even source it.

For the next few days, we will have fresh

BLUE EYE TREVALLA
HAPUKA
NANNYGAI
8 BAR COD
PINK SNAPPER
WA DHUFISH
MIXED REEF FISH
AMBERJACK
FLATHEAD
BRONZEWHALER

Not to mention all your favourite seafood treats,
CRABS
PRAWNS
OYSTERS
SCALLOPS
SQUID
OCCY

You name it.

As of 30th April the state govt is set to additionally close commercial line fishing from Augusta all the way to the South Australian border.

Meaning there will be no fishing between Kalbarri and South Australia at all.

This is very likely the last chance to buy good local seafood. Don't waste it!!
