Are you an experienced Administration Assistant with a flair for interiors and a love of bringing a space together?

We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep projects running smoothly and love being part of the creative process, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working alongside our friendly team, you'll play an integral part in delivering beautiful window furnishing projects from quote through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing customer quotes
- Using Xero for invoicing and general administration
- Managing correspondence
- Placing supplier orders and tracking deliveries
- Coordinating production requirements
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and installers
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration experience (experience in interiors, homewares or construction is highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Xero (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in interiors and design is highly desirable
