Update on the dry aged fish - after 5 days in the CLEAVER Salumi Cabinets ABSOLUTELY fantastic! It was very nice to eat with a great clean flavour.

Dry aging in the CLEAVER Salumi Cabinets. Rounded up some mates to fill the cabinet with T-bones. Thought we would give brisket a go. Absolutely amazing - smoked brisket in the Traeger Grills 885.

Recently we were incredibly privileged to help bring a lovely couple's dream wedding to life. The request was a Mickey Mouse arch for the Disney themed wedding. It looked sensational on the day and congratulations to the bride and groom!

Along with the bathroom transformation, we were also very lucky to bring to life a brand-new laundry renovation for our wonderful clients in Tolga. Our team transformed the laundry into a modern, functional space that will make laundry day a breeze.

We were very fortunate recently to have been able to complete a stunning bathroom renovation in Tolga. It has been a real privilege to bring this to completion for the family.

On Monday night, we hosted our first Cleaver Salami demonstration in Cairns with Dave Cann from Cleaver. It was a great night with lots of great tips and tricks.
