Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Centre The Turtle rehabilitation centre is where sick and injured turtles are treated.

There has being an increase in Turtle strandings along the Queensland coast, due to the depletion of sea grass beds from natural disasters and increase incidence of floaters disease and Fibropapilloma tumours.
