Wainwright Facades specialises in the manufacture and installation of ‘design –flexible’ pre-fabricated timber cladding panels. As well as having a number of environmental advantages to other finishes, there is a wide range of styles, textures and finish options available that can be tailored to any building. All of our timber cladding panels are manufactured with invisible fixings which enables architects, designers and contractors to create beautiful timber surfaces efficiently, minimizing waste and installation time.

Built to serve our community when speed and precision mattered most, the entire facility was completed in an incredible 36 days, with our team wrapping up the full facade package in just a few short days.

CONTRACT WIN | 363 GEORGE STREET, SYDNEY

Wainwright Facades has secured the façade remediation package at 363 George Street, Sydney, working alongside Duratec on this major C*D project.

The works will see our team deliver the high-level façade remediation and replacement works to the existing commercial building, including the removal and replacement of external cladding across multiple elevations.

Located in the heart of Sydney’s C*D, the project brings together complex access, logistics and façade delivery within a live commercial environment.

This is another significant contract win for Wainwright Facades and continues the growth of our Sydney operations and our portfolio of major façade remediation projects across NSW.

We look forward to working with the Duratec team and getting this one underway.
