Bespoke cabinetry, before the final finish.
For our bespoke cabinetry projects, our clients are invited to a factory inspection before their cabinetry leaves our Perth workshop. This is especially important for painted cabinetry, like this Loretta Shaker profile, as the inspection takes place before the cabinetry is sent off to be professionally 2 pack painted.
It gives our clients the opportunity to see the cabinetry in person, review the details, proportions and workmanship, and make sure everything is exactly as intended before the final finish is applied.
We don’t flat pack.
We don’t mass produce.
We build bespoke cabinetry specifically for your home.
From our workshop in Perth, through factory inspection, professional finishing and finally installation, every stage is considered.

🔥 RIGHT. WE’RE SETTLING ONE OF THE BIGGEST KITCHEN ARGUMENTS ONCE AND FOR ALL…
And there’s a $50 VISA GIFT CARD up for grabs for the BEST argument. 😂
You finally get the big beautiful island you’ve always wanted.
Then comes the decision that seems to divide EVERYONE…
DO YOU PUT THE SINK IN IT?
🥊 CORNER ONE: SINK IN THE ISLAND
“It makes the kitchen function better. I can prep, clean up and still face everyone instead of staring at a wall.”
VS.
🥊 CORNER TWO: KEEP THE ISLAND CLEAR
“Absolutely not. The island is the showpiece of the kitchen. I don’t want dirty dishes, a tap, drying racks and last night’s saucepan sitting in the middle of it.”
But before you answer… think REAL LIFE. 👀
Kids dumping dishes in the sink.
Entertaining with friends.
Christmas lunch.
Someone sitting at the island while you’re washing up.
That beautiful slab of stone you paid a fortune for.
And the pile of dishes everyone promises they’ll put in the dishwasher “later”. 😂
So… which side are you on?
🥊 SINK IN THE ISLAND
OR
🥊 KEEP THE ISLAND CLEAR
👇 Pick your side and DEFEND IT in the comments.
But don’t just leave your answer and run…
See someone in the comments you completely disagree with?
Reply to them. Challenge them. Try to change their mind. 😂
And we KNOW there are couples who will be on completely opposite sides of this one…
Tag your partner, best mate, mum, sister, brother or that kitchen-obsessed friend and make them choose a side too. 👀🔥
🎁 $50 VISA GIFT CARD UP FOR GRABS
Kingston Kitchens will choose the funniest, smartest or most convincing argument in the comments.
And yes… if you manage to drag someone else into the debate and get a proper kitchen argument going, we’ll definitely be watching. 😂
⏰ You’ve got 48 HOURS to fight your corner.
🏆 Winner announced Saturday night at 7pm.
Right then…
SINK OR NO SINK?
🥊 FIGHT YOUR CORNER. 🔥

No two slabs are the same.
Natural stone brings depth, variation and character to a kitchen in a way that manufactured materials simply can’t. Every slab has its own movement, colour and personality, which is why selecting the right slab is such an important part of the design process.

Integrated lighting is more than a functional detail. It can become part of the cabinetry design, adding depth, enhancing ambience and bringing key details into focus.
It can also serve a practical purpose, providing task lighting where it is needed, illuminating work areas, shelves and storage while keeping the lighting discreetly integrated into the cabinetry.
In bespoke cabinetry, lighting can be carefully considered from the beginning of the design. Whether it is illuminating an open shelf, highlighting a feature finish or creating a subtle glow within a display cabinet, the placement of the lighting is just as important as the cabinetry itself.
At Kingston Kitchens & Bespoke Cabinetry, every element of our custom cabinetry is considered as part of the overall design. From the layout and materials to the finer details, our bespoke kitchens and cabinetry are designed specifically for each space.
We fabricate and assemble each project in our Perth workshop, with delivery and installation completed by our own team of skilled cabinetmakers.
Because in bespoke cabinetry, even the details that aren't essential to how a space functions can make a difference to how it feels.

A long-standing favourite for kitchen benchtops, and for good reason.
With a huge range of colours, patterns and finishes available, engineered stone offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to designing a kitchen. But like every benchtop material, it comes with its own advantages and considerations.

You’ve seen it, but do you know what it is?
There’s more to benchtops than stone or laminate. Solid surface is a completely different material, with its own way of being fabricated, installed and cared for.
As a bespoke cabinetry company in Perth, WA, we’re also licensed fabricators of Staron and Corian. Get in touch with our team to find out more.

In the leafy riverside suburb of Applecross, this bespoke kitchen renovation reflects the warmth, refinement and craftsmanship that define luxury homes across Perth, WA.
Through a designer’s eye, this kitchen is a timeless expression of form, proportion and material intent.
Laminex Light Walnut AbsoluteGrain cabinetry forms the foundation, balanced with a Polytec Coastal Oak feature back panel to the island, reeded glass overheads in brushed aluminium frames, and Caesarstone Cosmopolitan White benchtops with waterfall ends and matching splashbacks.
Craftsmanship is demonstrated through consistent panel alignment and grain matching, negative detail ceiling scribes, integrated appliances, detailed island back panelling and resolved kickplate transitions in Polytec Matte Strata Grey to the main kitchen and Polytec Coastal Oak to the island.
Blum Aventos HF lift systems and Blum Premium Legrabox drawer systems in Orion Grey were precisely installed to deliver smooth, reliable performance. Internal pantry drawers, condiment storage, drawer dividers, rubber mats and integrated Wesco waste bins complete the functionality.
Like every Kingston Kitchens & Bespoke Cabinetry project, this kitchen is constructed on a solid ladder kick frame. It is an old school cabinetmaking method that relies on skill, precision and structural understanding to deliver longevity and structural stability.
The result is a luxury bespoke kitchen that feels composed and enduring, shaped by warmth, restraint and considered detailing. Designed, manufactured and installed by our Perth cabinetmakers for a home in Applecross.

Laminate is a finish. Bespoke is how it’s built.
Laminate offers an extensive range of colours, textures, timber-look finishes and patterns, making them a versatile choice for bespoke kitchens and custom cabinetry.
You may have heard of Polytec, Laminex, Formica and StyleLite, to name a few. These are just some of the laminate brands available. At Kingston Kitchens & Bespoke Cabinetry, we work with a range of these products to create cabinetry that is tailored to each project.
At Kingston Kitchens & Bespoke Cabinetry, we take the raw materials and fabricate and assemble each project in our Perth workshop, with delivery and installation completed by our own team of skilled cabinetmakers.
Laminate doesn't mean mass-produced or off-the-shelf. It's simply one of the materials we use to create bespoke cabinetry. Because laminate cabinetry doesn't have to mean mass-produced or off-the-shelf.
It can be thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted and completely bespoke.
