Took a little trip outside my comfort zone on Saturday & had a ball! Took on the tri the gong super sprint. 200m swim, 7km swim & 2km run. Came in just over 41 minutes, not bad for hack! Thanks as always to the expert training advice from my race day buddy (who smashed it out of the park!!) @ Lang Park
