As organisations invest in elevated workplaces, they’re looking for spaces that reflect the quality, confidence and experience of their brand. However, open-plan environments often require a compromise between refined aesthetics and functional performance.

Steelcase designed Aisla to change that, combining elevated finishes, integrated functionality and custom-level craftsmanship in a scalable system built for the open plan.

Most of Steelcase’s work happens long before you take a seat. They start by observing people - their movements, habits and needs - and transform those insights into purposeful design decisions and meticulous craftsmanship.

The result? Seating designed and made to outwork, helping people sit better, work better and do better.

We’re incredibly proud to see CoStar Group new Sydney workplace at Parkline Place come to life.

Working closely with Davenport Campbell, Unispace and the CoStar team, ARKI Environments provided the furniture expertise behind the project, supporting product selection and specification, procurement and project coordination, through to delivery and installation.

Drawing on the Steelcase portfolio alongside complementary furniture solutions, our role was to translate the design vision into a cohesive, functional and enduring workplace environment.

A significant project and a wonderful example of the collaboration, technical knowledge and attention to detail that sit behind the successful delivery of a contemporary workplace.

A century of engineering means Steelcase builds chairs that hold up, with a warranty that holds up alongside them.

Where competitors cover only the surfaces they expect to wear, Steelcase covers them all. Where BIFMA requires 20 tests, Steelcase runs 80+ - pushing every material, every mechanism and every seam beyond what it will ever face in the real world.

It’s exactly why Steelcase has the lowest warranty claim rate in the industry.

Does your classroom furniture fit your students, or are your students trying to fit the furniture?

Furniture that fits students properly can support healthy posture, improve comfort, and help them stay focused throughout the school day. Research shows that ergonomic classroom furniture can reduce discomfort and create an environment that better supports learning.

Because when students fit their furniture, they’re better positioned to learn.
