This tiny had to meet some specific needs. The loft roof will be lifted up on site and finished trimming it out. The staircase had to be longer than usual to meet the clients needs. And it needed to be retro meet vintage and red was the clients chosen colour. So it’s ticks all round. Next we are working on two 3mtr x 9mtr ti us to create one spectacular home.

Yes - we bought a dilapidated old 1948 block home. It’s completely wrecked and needs a lot of work but we’re up for the challenge. Removing the wall coverings revealed quite a lot of problems, we figured they were there, now we know for sure what we are dealing with. First things first, clean and scrap the walls and replace the whole roof and lift it as it’s legally too low for today’s building standards. Meanwhile at the workshop, one tiny is nearly ready to leave us and we have started the trailers for the next two builds that are quite unique and will together become a beautiful family home. So lots happening - bums up, heads down and to work we go!!!
