Tale of two Traegers: 🛩️🪵

Hey, Traeger Grills Australia 😉 did you know:

📻 1920s (Adelaide): Alfred Traeger invents the pedal-powered radio, giving the outback a voice and helping birth the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

🥩 1985 (Oregon): Joe Traeger invents the pellet grill, giving us all an excuse to spend 14 hours smoking meat.

Both absolute lifesavers in their own right. 😉

I’m down to the final stretch of my 87km October walk for the RFDS, but the fundraising tally is currently running cooler than a low-and-slow smoke.
