Another body of beef processed yesterday and 14 lambs this morning, killed last friday 🐑🥩

Nice murray grey today, killed 10 days ago and processed today 👌

Yesterdays job, 2 cows cutup and some jalapeno & cheese sausages for a customer after hanging for 12 days , yum 🤤.
Paddock to plate with no stress for the animal and 100% traceability.

August and september were 2 ripper months, time flys when your having fun 😉 Heres a few jobs done.
Books are now open for 2026! 🎉
