ONDA •
Designed by State of Kin, Onda is a sculptural transtormation of an exisiting bungalow in Attadale, Perth, Western Australia. Working within the existing structure, the project introduces a fluid architectural language of sweeping curves, layered volumes and softened edges a response to the site’s natural topography.
Limestone, timber veneer, polished plaster and natural stone create a restrained yet tactile material palette, while expansive glazing and interconnected spaces enhance light, movement and views towards the city.
Onda received an Award tor Interior Architecture at the 2025 WA Architecture Awards and has been featured in publications including The Local Project, est living and Architecture & Design, reflecting its refined approach to contemporary residential design.

Left deliberately open, The Artistry of Home subtly informs the styling, while carefully selected cushions echo the dusty blues and warm rose tones found in “Time Passes Away” by Max Langborne.
The Pivot Coffee Table in Oak and Bianco Marble anchors the space, introducing natural texture and sculptural depth throughout the setting.

Field House by CJH Studio is a carefully restored heritage residence that balances historical character with a refined contemporary architectural language. Throughout the kitchen, dining and living spaces, herringbone Saddle Oak flooring from the Architect Collection establishes warmth and depth through its rich mid-brown tones, brushed texture and natural grain variation. Full-height glazing draws natural light across the interiors, accentuating the layered material palette of Calacatta Viola Antico marble, stained oak joinery and bronze detailing. The result is a cohesive and enduring interior architecture that feels both grounded and inviting.
